About the Company:
We are an educational company based in the UK, with over two dozen tea ---------- mbers based in the US, UK, China, and Philippines. We provide professor-led live online research mentorship to students around the world.

About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, creative, and highly detail-oriented copywriter to support our SEO content and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong editorial judgment and a clear understanding of what makes content engaging, credible, and appropriate for a brand.

Responsibilities:
-Write SEO-friendly website copy, landing pages, articles, and blog posts
-Create engaging copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms
-Research topics, audiences, competitors, and relevant keywords
-Adapt writing styles for different brands, platforms, and target audiences
-Develop strong headlines, hooks, calls to action, and content angles
-Edit and improve AI-generated drafts so they sound natural, thoughtful, and original
-Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on campaigns and content calendars
-Review content carefully for grammar, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment

What We Are Looking For
-Excellent written English
-Professional experience in SEO copywriting, social media writing, content marketing, or related fields
-Strong creative judgment and a good sense of branding, design, culture, and online trends
-Ability to understand what feels polished, interesting, and relevant—not just grammatically correct
-Experience using AI writing and research tools effectively
-Ability to fact-check, rewrite, and add original thinking to AI-assisted content
-Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
-Comfortable receiving feedback and revising work
-Experience working with established brands, international companies, agencies, or large organizations is strongly preferred.

Compensation
-Hourly rate: $5 USD per hour
-Biweekly payment
-Flexible working hours (approximately 10 - 20 hours per week), with the possibility of additional hours depending on workload

Hours and Workload
-Flexible Hours: No fixed schedule, but timely daily responsiveness is expected
-Workload on Demand: Minimum ~20 hours per week; additional hours available for those interested in contributing more broadly across teams
-Long-term: This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities

Training and Development
-Growth Opportunities: High-performing tea ---------- mbers may be invited to take on broader responsibilities in marketing strategy or academic support
-Training: Structured onboarding with both live sessions and recorded materials
