Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (GoHighLevel Experience)
Location: REMOTE
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm US PACIFIC TIME

The Cal Agents Realty is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven work experience in GoHighLevel to join our rapidly growing team. About the Role:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, social media, and paid advertising. You will be a GoHighLevel expert, utilizing the platform to automate processes, track performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize all aspects of marketing campaigns within GoHighLevel, including:
- Building and managing automated workflows and funnels.
- Creating and segmenting contact lists.
- Designing and deploying email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Setting up and managing social media integrations.
- Tracking campaign performance and generating reports.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Collaborate with other teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and GoHighLevel updates.
Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.
Potentially manage and mentor junior marketing tea ---------- mbers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion.
Proven hands-on work experience with GoHighLevel is a MUST. You should be comfortable building complex automations, funnels, and campaigns within the platform.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Bonus Points:

GoHighLevel Certification
Experience with Real estate and Property management companies
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with other marketing automation platforms.
