About the Role
We are currently seeking two AR Collection Officers to join our growing Finance team. These full-time, fixed-term positions (12-month contract) offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume finance environment within a supportive and collaborative team.
To be successful in this role, you will be required a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and basic accounts knowledge.

Key responsibilities
• Reconcile student payments in accounting system (Xero)
• Manage monthly invoice reminder/ overdue notice and cancellation notice
• Follow up and collect the payments from the students
• Communicate with students via phone or
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and enquiries
• Contributing to the preparation of Month End Close and Monthly AR Report
• Ensure accounts receivable actions are carried out in a timely manner
• Create and adjust on students’ invoices
• Assist in accounts receivable and overdue payments analysis

Essential Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma in Accounting or higher
• At least 1 year of finance or accounting experience

• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using accounting software - XERO
