JOB OVERVIEW

I am building a structured Amazon FBA business focused on the European market, primarily France. I have developed my own internal sourcing software that pre-analyzes product opportunities before human validation. The system is operational but still being optimized, and you will actively use it and provide structured weekly feedback.

This position combines operational sourcing and strategic product research. All final purchasing and launch decisions are validated by me (Admin).

Your responsibilities are divided into three main areas:

Online Arbitrage (French Market)
You will source profitable products from French e-commerce websites. You will analyze each opportunity using Keepa and SellerAmp, applying strict ROI, margin, price stability, and competition criteria. Only structured and validated opportunities should be submitted for approval. The objective is to generate a consistent flow of profitable products.

Supplier Catalog and Wholesale Analysis (EU Suppliers Delivering to France)
You will analyze supplier catalog files and supplier portals that I provide. Your role is to verify if products can be ordered in bulk and determine their profitability using Keepa and SellerAmp. You will provide structured reports including pricing, competition level, and feasibility. The goal is to quickly determine whether a supplier is viable and scalable.

Private Label – Alibaba Supplier Research
You will identify potential Private Label product opportunities based on demand and competition analysis. You will research and shortlist suppliers on Alibaba, initiate first contact, request quotations, compare MOQ, pricing, production time, customization options, and shipping terms. You will begin early-stage price negotiations and present structured comparison reports for final validation. The objective is to move toward validating one strong Private Label opportunity.

You are expected to be analytical, disciplined, and results-oriented. This role requires strong data interpretation skills and the ability to work independently within a structured workflow.

Required tools and skills include:

Strong experience with Amazon FBA sourcing

Advanced Keepa chart analysis

SellerAmp experience

Experience communicating with suppliers on Alibaba

Strong written English

This is a performance-driven position. Activity alone is not sufficient; measurable results are expected.

To apply, please answer the following:

What are five key criteria to validate an Online Arbitrage product?

What are three red flags on a Keepa chart?

What key information do you request first when contacting a supplier on Alibaba?

Applications without answers will not be considered.
Additional Responsibility – Amazon Account Monitoring

You will be responsible for daily monitoring of the Amazon Seller Central account to ensure operational stability.

This includes:

Checking Account Health status

Reviewing Performance Notifications

Identifying IP complaints or policy warnings

Monitoring urgent customer messages

Tracking critical stock level alerts
