AMAZON BRAND & ACCOUNT SPECIALIST (US MARKET )

Role Overview:
We need a seasoned Amazon US expert to clear aged FBA inventory debt, refresh an active 3-year-old account (not banned), wipe hijackers stealing our Trademark, remove policy-violating listings, and execute a strategy to reboot our brand presence (including compliant first-review strategies via US contacts).

APPLICATION REQUIREMENT: YOUR STEP-BY-STEP STRATEGY
To apply, candidates must submit a written response detailing their exact operational steps for the following:
1. Aged Inventory Debt Negotiation & Account Refresh:
How do you audit aged inventory surcharges and negotiate fee waivers/discounts or structured repayment plans with Amazon Seller Support/Account Health?
What is your step-by-step process to audit and refresh a clean 3-year-old account (listing cleanup, backend keyword updates, inventory removal orders, IPI score recovery)?
2. Trademark Protection & Listing Takedown (Amazon US):
What exact Brand Registry tools (Report a Violation, Project Zero, USPTO IP enforcement) will you use to instantly remove unauthorized hijackers and copycats stealing our TM? 
Step-by-step breakdown: How do you report unauthorized sellers, initiate test buys if necessary, and submit Cease & Desist / IP takedowns to force Amazon to wipe infringing listings?
3. Listing Optimization &Compliant Review

Strategy:
How will you re-launch the product catalog while wiping bad/policy-violating initial reviews?
Describe your strategy for utilizing compliant US family/friend networks or Vine programs to safely gain initial verified reviews without triggering Amazon TOS penalties.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years managing Amazon US accounts with proven Brand Registry takedown wins.
Deep knowledge of FBA storage fees, aged inventory liquidations, and fee disputes. 
Expert in USPTO / Brand Registry IP protection and hijacker removal.

Salary:
$200/mo Base + 1.5% Gross Sales + 10% Debt Reduction (currently is 2000$) + $50/Hijacker Removal
