We Are Looking for an Allround E-commerce Virtual Assistant!

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Allround E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and help us scale even further. This role offers plenty of growth opportunities as we continue to expand rapidly!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Data Entry & Product Management

- Accurately input data and manage product listings in Shopify.
- Optimize product descriptions and visuals for better performance.

Customer Support

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or chat.
- Resolve complaints with professionalism and care.

Supplier Communication

- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve order issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination for timely order processing.

Social Media Management

- Create and schedule engaging content using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Monitor and interact with comments and messages on social platforms.

Basic Facebook Ads Assistance

- Assist with setting up and monitoring Facebook ad campaigns.
- Analyze basic performance metrics and provide insights.

Store Operations

- Oversee daily store operations and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to our growth.

What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience:

- Data entry expertise
- Shopify knowledge and experience
- Product listing and optimization skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Social media management experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Supplier communication and store management skills

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:

- Canva, CapCut
- HTML/CSS coding (preferred, not required)
- ChatGPT
- Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Trello/Monday or similar project management tools
