Accounting /Sales support (Fresh Graduate – AI & Zoho CRM)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate who is comfortable using AI tools and willing to multitask across accounting, sales support, Zoho CRM, and internal/external communication. Key Responsibilities
Accounting support
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping (invoices, receipts, expense entries).
Support accounts receivable and payable follow-up.
Help prepare basic reports such as sales summaries, ageing reports, and monthly reconciliations.
Sales and CRM (Zoho)
Enter and update leads, contacts, and deals in Zoho CRM.
Track sales activities, follow-up tasks, and deal stages.
Generate basic CRM reports and dashboards for management.
Coordinate with the sales team on leads, quotations, and follow-ups.
AI tools and automation
Use AI tools to draft
Use AI to summarize data, create simple spreadsheets, and prepare presentations.

Communication & coordination
Handle
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, sales, operations) to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and share regular updates on pending payments, open leads, and key tasks.
General administration
Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
Support management with ad-hoc tasks and small projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI assistants, document and spreadsheet AI).
Basic understanding of accounting concepts (debits/credits, invoices, statements).
Interest in sales and customer relationship management.
Experience with Zoho CRM or other CRM tools (training can be provided, but quick learner is a must).
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written); other languages a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
