We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven, and innovative AI & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automation systems that improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and scale operations across our team and client accounts.

This role directly supports leadership by building intelligent workflows, integrating AI tools, and ensuring automation solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Role Overview:
The AI & Automation Specialist plays a critical role in transforming manual processes into scalable, automated systems.

This is a mid-to-senior level position responsible for:
• Designing and implementing AI-powered workflows and automations
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across teams
• Building integrations between tools and platforms
• Managing automation projects from concept to deployment
• Supporting tea ---------- mbers with automation tools and systems
• Ensuring all automations are reliable, documented, and maintained
The AI & Automation Specialist serves as the bridge between business needs, technical implementation, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Automation Development
• Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for automation across departments
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows using tools such as GPT-based systems, APIs, and automation platforms
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
• Continuously evaluate and implement new AI tools and technologies
• Ensure all automations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with company goals

Workflow Automation & Systems Integration
• Build and maintain automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
• Integrate systems such as CRMs, project management tools, communication platforms, and data sources
• Automate repetitive tasks across marketing, SEO, operations, and client management workflows
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability
• Ensure seamless data flow between tools and platforms

Team Support & Enablement
• Train tea ---------- mbers on using automation tools and AI systems
• Provide support for automation-related issues and requests
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal systems
• Collaborate with different departments to identify automation opportunities
• Act as the go-to expert for AI and automation-related solutions

AI Prompting & Content Automation
• Develop and refine prompts for content generation, data analysis, and workflow automation
• Assist in automating content creation processes where applicable
• Ensure AI-generated outputs meet quality and brand standards
• Implement QA processes to validate AI outputs before deployment

Monitoring, Maintenance & Optimization
• Monitor automations for errors, failures, and inefficiencies
• Continuously optimize workflows for speed, cost, and accuracy
• Maintain and update automation systems as tools evolve
• Track performance and impact of automation initiatives
• Proactively identify improvements and new opportunities

Qualifications:
? 3–6+ years of experience in automation, AI systems, or technical operations roles
? Strong experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
? Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
? Solid understanding of AI tools such as GPT-based systems and prompt engineering
? Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
? Familiarity with tools like CRMs, project management systems, and marketing platforms
? Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs
? Highly organized with strong attention to detail
? Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
? Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Work Schedule:
? Full-time position (remote).
? Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST
? Willing to use time-tracking tools
