AI Video Production Assistant
Full-Time

Hi! We run a fast-growing network of Youtube channels, publishing daily content across niches. We need a reliable, detail-oriented person to help us keep up with production.

This is a production role, not a creative one. You'll follow a defined workflow to take video concepts from start to finish — including scripting, video creation, and publishing — using a suite of AI tools we'll train you on. Expect to manage a high daily output across multiple channels.
This is a time consuming job, but with great opportunities to work with us for years to come.

What We're Looking For
• Available full-time (8 hrs/day, flexible scheduling)
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy in publishing matters
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable learning new browser-based AI tools quickly
• Reliable internet and responsive during working hours
• Good written English; you don't need to speak all languages we publish in
• Committed long-term — this is a core team role, not a gig

Nice to Have
• YouTube or content publishing experience
• Prior use of AI tools (writing, image, or video generation)
• Virtual assistant or operations background

Compensation
Base: $300 USD/month + potential bonuses!
Performance review after 2 months with potential increase
All tools you need will be paid for you, you don't have to pay anything yourself.
