JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time, roughly 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (approx. 3–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday), occasional weekends
Compensation: Base Retainer ($195USD/month) + Per-Closed-Website Commission ($50 per deal) + Volume Bonuses. Total target take-home scales with your performance.

About the Role
Are you tech-savvy, comfortable on live video calls, and obsessed with how AI (especially Claude) is changing the web development and sales landscape?

We are looking for a Closer & AI Builder to run the second half of our sales and fulfillment machine.

In this role, you won't be cold calling. Instead, your calendar will be pre-loaded with warm demo appointments booked by our outbound team. You will jump on a 30-minute Zoom call with local business owners, show them a custom homepage you will build, close the deal and then build out and transfer the final site using Claude.

This starts as a targeted part-time evening role (ideal for the 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST window), with clear pathways to expand into a larger, more frequent position as we scale.

What You Will Do
Run Live Demos: Conduct 2 to 3 structured 30-minute video/screen-share sales demos per day with local business owners.

Present Custom Concept Homepages: Walk prospects through stunning, custom-built homepage mockups tailored specifically to their business.

Close Sales: Handle standard objections, guide the client through payment/onboarding, and close the $750 web package.

Build & Transfer via Claude: Utilize your own Claude membership and advanced AI workflows to rapidly build out the full multi-page site, polish the copy, and seamlessly transfer ownership to the client.

Collaborate: Communicate daily with our outbound caller and management team via Slack/chat to review calendar updates and pipeline flow.

Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Technical Requirement: You must have an active, working Claude membership (and familiarity with leveraging AI for web creation/coding) to build and finalize these sites efficiently.

Sales & Communication Skills: Fluent, highly professional English with stellar verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable on camera, persuasive, and able to command a sales conversation.

Availability: Must be consistently available to work during the 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST window.

Tech-Savvy: Fast learner who understands modern web structures, domains, and how to prompt AI effectively to speed up execution.

Self-Motivated: Proven reliability working remotely with minimal direct micro-management.
