JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency building websites for local service businesses (contractors, roofing, home services). Our current process takes about 2 weeks to complete a website, and we are looking for someone who can completely redesign and automate this workflow using AI tools and modern systems.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a traditional WordPress developer role.

We are looking for someone who wants to be at the forefront of AI-powered website development and help build a website production system that allows us to launch sites in hours instead of weeks.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Your main goal is to help us build a high-speed website production system.

This includes:

• Designing AI-powered workflows to generate websites quickly
• Building reusable WordPress templates and component systems
• Implementing tools that automate sitemap generation, copy generation, and layout creation
• Reducing website build time from 2 weeks to less than 1 day
• Testing and integrating new AI tools for web development
• Creating systems that allow our team to produce 30–50 websites per month

You will be helping us rethink how websites are built from the ground up.

Tools You May Work With

We expect candidates to already be experimenting with modern AI development tools such as:

• Relume
• Framer AI
• ---------- v
• Cursor
• ChatGPT / Claude
• Figma AI tools
• ZipWP / AI WordPress builders
• Automation tools like Zapier or Make

You do not need experience with every tool above, but you should already be actively experimenting with AI in development workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong experience building WordPress websites
• Experience with builders like Elementor, Bricks, or similar
• Ability to build reusable templates and component systems
• Strong problem solving and systems thinking
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools

You enjoy testing new tools, building systems, and making workflows faster.

Compensation

Salary will depend on experience.
