About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI Virtual Assistant to be an integral part of our team. This role combines technical acumen in AI tools, web/app development support, with strong communication skills to manage projects and engage directly with clients. Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage our Skool community, fostering engagement and growth.
* Support website updates and contribute to web development projects.
* Generate high-quality AI-powered content and streamline workflows using AI tools, including Claude.
* Contribute to app development initiatives and testing.
* Manage and optimize social media presence and content schedules.
* Serve as a direct client liaison, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management.
* Proactively manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
* Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while continuously identifying and suggesting process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven, hands-on experience with AI tools, specifically Manus and Claude.** (Please highlight this in your application).
* Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in web design and/or app development.
* Solid understanding of SEO principles or a quick learner with a strong willingness to master them.
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for seamless client interaction.
* Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable adhering to and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and propose innovative process improvements.
