JOB OVERVIEW

($$$) AI Video Producer – UGC / VSL / Cinematic / Pixar-Style / Talking Head | US E-commerce Brand

We are a fast-growing US e-commerce brand looking for a talented and resourceful AI Video Producer.

Part-time to start (~20 hours/week), with a fast and clearly defined path to full-time.

We give you the script and everything you need. What we are looking for is someone who executes it precisely and figures out the production side on his own, without being walked through every step.

YOUR ROLE
----------------------------------------

You will receive a detailed script and all necessary information (brand guidelines, references, tone of voice). Your job is to produce the video exactly as scripted, handle the full editing and post-production, and deliver a complete, ready-to-publish file. No improvisation on the script, full execution.

You own everything else: AI generation, shot choices, editing, sound design, captions, transitions, final export.

- You respect the script exactly, and you figure out on your own how to bring it to life on screen
- You know which AI tool to use for each shot, and you keep iterating until the result is right
- You solve technical problems yourself instead of sending back a list of questions
- You never deliver work that is "almost done". If a generation looks bad, you redo it before we see it
- You ask questions only when something is genuinely unclear, not to be told what to do at every step
- You apply feedback to the next batch without being reminded twice

- Ultra-realistic UGC-style videos (authentic, raw, iPhone-feel)
- VSLs (long-form video sales letters, structured and retention-driven)
- Cinematic AI videos (dramatic, high-production look)
- Pixar / 3D animated style videos
- Faceless cinematic storytelling videos
- AI talking head / spokesperson videos
- Product showcase videos with AI visuals
- Motivational / faith-based narrative videos
- Any other AI video format as requested per script

AI TOOLS
----------------------------------------

You are free to use any AI tools you want. But you must genuinely master the current stack and know which tool to use for each shot: video generation, image generation, voice cloning and TTS, lipsync, upscaling, editing.

This space changes every month. If you are not already testing new tools on your own, this role is not for you.

What matters is the final result, not the tools used.

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong command of English, written and spoken. Our market is 100% US
- Ability to follow a detailed script precisely and deliver on-brand results
- Strong instinct for hooks, pacing and retention. You understand what stops the scroll and what keeps people watching
- Reliable, responsive, deadline-driven
- Videos delivered in 9:16 vertical (format may vary for VSLs)
- Speaking or understanding French is a plus

PORTFOLIO — MANDATORY

You must include a portfolio link with your application. Your portfolio must contain AI-generated video examples. This is the very first thing we check. Applications without a portfolio will be automatically ignored, and applications with a portfolio that does not contain AI-generated videos will also be ignored. No exceptions.

VOLUME, PAY AND GROWTH PATH
----------------------------------------

PART-TIME (starting point)
- 10 to 15 videos per week, delivered progressively throughout the week
- $400 to $600 per month

FULL-TIME (fast track)
If you are ambitious, curious, resourceful, and your videos perform, you move to full-time. Double the volume, double the pay.
- 20 to 30 videos per week
- $800 to $1,200 per month

This is not a vague promise. It is based on measurable results: quality, consistency, autonomy, and ad performance. The faster you prove it, the faster it happens.
