JOB OVERVIEW

A Dallas-based architectural iron and steel company looking for a full-time AI Video Producer & Social Content Editor. We will provide the themes, raw footage, project photos, product imagery, and strategic direction. Your job is to turn those inputs into a high-volume stream of exceptional short-form content.

What you’ll create
• 15–30 second vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• AI-generated or AI-enhanced B-roll, visual concepts, transitions, motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design
• Image-to-video animation and cinematic product/architectural sequences
• Clean and text-on-screen versions of finished edits
• Supporting stills, carousels, thumbnails, and platform variations when needed

You should be highly capable with several of these tools:
• Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Flux, or similar generative AI tools
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or advanced CapCut
• Photoshop or other image-compositing tools
• Music selection, pacing, sound effects, color, typography, and modern social-media editing

This is not a basic VA posting role. We need someone with strong visual taste who can take a clear theme and make the final content feel premium, exciting, and native to social media. Architectural details and ironwork geometry must remain clean and believable.

Volume and channel expectations
This is a high-output content-engine role, not a one-off editing position. After the onboarding period, the operating target is 100+ platform-ready content units per week through intelligent content multiplication—not 100 unrelated original videos. One strong idea should become multiple hooks, edits, crops, story versions, thumbnails, stills, captions, and channel-specific variations.

The content mix should be led by aspirational, visually stunning AI creative:
• 45% premium AI-generated or AI-composited product and lifestyle videos: dramatic entrances, luxury interiors and exteriors, entertaining, sanctuary, security, craftsmanship, legacy-home appeal, seasonal moods, cinematic reveals, and imaginative architectural worlds
• 25% AI-generated product images, carousels, Stories, mood pieces, transformations, and design concepts
• 20% real installation and fabrication hype: finished-project reveals, before/after transformations, welding, grinding, finishing, glass and hardware details, delivery, installation, and satisfying process footage
• 10% direct-response and conversion content: product/category spotlights, consultations, promotions, customer proof, comparisons, and clear calls to action

The product must remain the visual hero. The goal is to sell the feeling and lifestyle surrounding exceptional architectural metalwork—not create generic architecture imagery. Real project and fabrication footage should be edited with the same energy, pacing, music, sound design, and visual polish as the AI work.

The goal is creative diversity, not endless minor variations of one post. Maintain a topic and hook bank, use a hook–retain–reward structure, create platform-native concepts, and review watch time, saves, clicks, inquiries, and qualified leads to improve the mix. Winning organic concepts should be adaptable into promotional and paid creative.

A typical weekly mix may include:
• 5–8 premium AI hero videos with advanced generation, compositing, visual effects, music, and sound design
• 15–25 additional AI-led Reels, Shorts, TikToks, cutdowns, alternate hooks, and promotional edits
• 20–30 AI-generated or AI-enhanced image, carousel, and Story assets
• 10–20 polished real installation, fabrication, process, testimonial, or project-reveal clips
• Repurposed and platform-adapted versions that bring the total to 100+ ready-to-publish content units

Content will be prepared for:
• Instagram Reels, feed posts, carousels, and Stories
Facebook Reels, feed posts, and Stories
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Pinterest static pins, video pins, and boards
• Google Business Profile posts
• Houzz project, photo, and idea content
• LinkedIn
Email promotions and website/project-page content when useful

Each deliverable should include the appropriate aspect ratio, clean and text-on-screen versions when requested, thumbnails/covers, organized source files, and channel-ready captions or publishing notes. Experience batching, scheduling, or publishing across these channels is strongly preferred.

Performance expectations
• Work quickly and communicate clearly
• Maintain organized source files, project files, exports, and reusable assets
• Build repeatable templates without making every post look templated
• Be comfortable producing and iterating at high volume
• Respond well to direct creative feedback

To apply, include:
1. Links to your 3 strongest short-form videos
2. At least 1 example that uses generative AI
3. The exact software and AI tools you use
4. A short explanation of how you would turn five raw project photos into a compelling 20-second Reel
5. Your desired monthly salary and working hours

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid practical test and a Microsoft Teams interview.
