JOB OVERVIEW

We produce AI generated video ads for international brands. Demand has grown past what one person can produce, so we are hiring one person to train as our AI video generation operator.

This is not a button pushing role. You will be trained directly by the founder to do the real creative generation work.

What the job actually is:

You will be given a reference video. Your job is to study it, work out how it was built, write the prompts, generate the clips, and pick the best output from everything you generate.

Most of the work is reference based, which means you are not inventing from nothing. You are looking at something that already works and rebuilding it. That is a skill that can be taught, and we will teach it.

The most important part of the job is judgment. When you generate clips, you need to know which three are actually good and why the other seventeen failed. That is the skill we care about most and it is the one we will build in you.

Who this is for:
-You have played with AI video tools and you have an eye for what looks right and what looks fake or off
-You are willing to generate twenty versions to get three good ones without getting frustrated
-You notice small details. Hands, faces, lighting, motion, timing
-You want a stable long term role, not a series of short gigs
-You are coachable and you want to get genuinely good at something

You do not need years of experience. You do not need a long list of tools on your resume. If you have the eye and the patience, we will train the rest.

Who this is not for:
-You are planning to start your own agency soon and want a stepping stone
-You want to be handed a template and repeat it without thinking
-You juggle several clients and would treat this as one of many side gigs

Hours:

Full time, 40 hours per week, Philippine timezone.

Requirements:

-Reliable internet and a computer that can handle video work
-Good written English
-Video editing is a strong bonus. Not required, but if you can cut, caption, and assemble simple videos in CapCut, say so. -There will be editing work during quieter periods, especially early on
-Willing to sign a simple confidentiality agreement. Our client work is private
