About Us:
We are a U.S.-based premium creative agency producing hyperrealistic AI-generated video content for business owners. We create short-form vertical reels using AI avatars and modern editing.

What You'll Do:
Handle the FULL production process of vertical 9:16 short-form videos (15–40 seconds) for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). This includes writing AI prompts, generating images and video with AI avatars, generating voice, and editing the final video in CapCut — all following our brand style guide. You deliver finished, ready-to-publish videos, uploaded to a shared Google Drive.

Key Skill — AI Character Creation (very important):
A core part of this role is creating and maintaining hyperrealistic, consistent AI avatars/characters across multiple videos. You must be able to:
Generate realistic human avatars that look like real people (NOT obviously AI-generated, no plastic or fake look)
Keep the same character consistent across different videos (same face, same identity)
Place the character in realistic, believable settings (offices, cafés, real-life scenarios)
Use reference/master images and detailed prompts to maintain consistency
If you can make AI avatars look genuinely real and consistent, you are exactly who we're looking for.

Content Formats You Should Know:
You should have experience creating and editing these types of short-form content formats:
UGC style (with product and without product)
Podcast format
Voice-over format
Dualcast format (two-person / split conversation style)
Viral trends format
Static image ads
The more formats you can produce well, the better.

Tools & Accounts:
You must have your OWN active accounts and subscriptions for the tools below. We provide a monthly tool bonus to help cover your subscription costs. You'll use your accounts to produce our content, following our brand kit and reference materials (master character images, prompts, and style guide that we provide).

ChatGPT / Claude (AI assistants)

Ability to write effective AI image and video prompts — REQUIRED

What We're Looking For:
Strong eye for clean, minimal, premium design (not flashy or cluttered)
Experience editing short-form vertical reels specifically
Consistent and able to meet weekly delivery deadlines
Reliable, fast, detail-oriented
Able to follow a brand style guide precisely (colors, fonts, format)
Good communication, responsive during work hours

Language:
For team meetings, communication, calls, or instructions, we normally speak English or use a translator — that works perfectly fine.
IMPORTANT: The video content we share to work on is mostly in SPANISH (very few in English). All scripts, titles, dialogue, subtitles, and audio you'll work with are written in Spanish, for a Latino market.
You should be able to read and understand written Spanish well enough to edit, time subtitles, and sync voice correctly — always with the manager's support. Even if you don't speak it fluently, that's not a problem if you can use a translator on your computer.
If you understand Spanish OR you're comfortable using a translator, this role can work great for you.
