AI Video Editor for E-commerce Ads (Full-time, Remote)

We run fast-growing e-commerce brands and produce paid video ads every day for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). We're looking for a skilled, fast, reliable video editor to fully own this part of the business. Not just good-looking videos, ads that actually convert.

This is a full-time, long-term role with real room to grow.

How it works
You fill out the form, we review the applications, and we reach out to the best profiles. From there you'll do a short test to help us d ---------- , and if it's conclusive we start a trial, then a full-time role if it's a fit.

What you'll do
Ad Localization (your main task at first): Adapt existing ads into French for the French-speaking Canadian market: replace the voiceover with an AI-generated French voice, sync it tightly to the footage, redo the subtitles, swap product shots with AI, and keep everything natural and clean. (Expected output: around 5 to 10 short localized videos a day)

Creation from Briefs: Build ads from scratch off a simple brief. We give you a script, the format we want and some direction, and you bring it to life with AI: visuals, voiceover, editing, all the way to a finished, ready-to-launch ad.

AI Video Generation: Generate realistic UGC, avatars, product scenes, B-roll, hooks with tools like Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance, HeyGen, VEO, ElevenLabs, GPT, Claude, Suno and more. Comfortable across formats: cartoon, claymation, realistic UGC, VSLs, short-form. You know most of these tools or learn them fast, and you adapt quickly.

Performance Editing: Strong short-form editing for Meta ads: fast pacing, pattern interrupts, captions, hooks, retention. Fast AND clean, not one or the other.

Creative Iteration: Take a winning ad and spin it into new variations: different hooks, scripts, visuals, avatars, angles and formats.

What we expect
You handle 5 to 10 short localized videos a day, reliably
You already have a strong workflow
You communicate clearly and deliver on time
You think for yourself, you're motivated, and you're eager to learn and get better

Must have
Strong CapCut skills (or equivalent): cuts, pacing, captions, audio sync, text overlays, effects
Real experience with AI tools for video, image and voice generation
Experience editing short-form or e-commerce/DTC ads (show us)
Reliable daily output

Big plus
French language skills (spoken or written), a real differentiator
Suno (AI music generation)
Understanding of Meta ads and what makes them perform
Previous e-commerce / DTC ad experience

$500 to $800/month depending on your skill and experience
