JOB OVERVIEW

READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY! I'm looking for a talented video editor to join a fast-growing AI health content operation that is actively generating viral videos and real revenue.

This is not a typical editing job. You will be working directly with me on a content system that is already producing results. The base pay starts at $1.75 per video — but that is just the floor.

Here is what makes this different from every other job you will find:

This operation pays performance bonuses based on views. When videos go viral — and they do — everyone wins. Editors who produce high quality work consistently will see their pay increase rapidly. We are scaling fast and the right person will grow with us. The people who execute well here do not stay at base pay for long.

We take care of our team extremely well. Raises and bonuses are given generously and often — but they are earned through performance and given at our discretion. We are looking for someone who is focused on doing great work and trusts that the results will speak for themselves. If your primary focus is negotiating pay rather than delivering quality — this is not the right fit.

Daily Tasks:
- Generate character images using Nanobanana Pro
- Animate videos using Grok and Veo3 — primary skill required
- Edit in CapCut — captions, audio sync, trimming
- Export and deliver via Google Drive daily

Requirements:
- Experience with Grok video generation — non-negotiable
- Experience with Veo3 — non-negotiable
- Available 7 days a week including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- CapCut experience required
- Must deliver by agreed daily deadline
- Looking for someone who wants to grow long term — not just a quick job
