We make short-form AI videos for health and wellness brands on
What you'll do
Take a written script and a reference video
Create the video using AI tools (avatar, voice, b-roll)
Edit it, add captions, and submit by midnight PHT
Apply feedback so the next batch is better
You'll start with one avatar account (3 videos per day, Monday to Friday). Once you're consistent, you move to two accounts (6 per day). Weekends off.
Pay
$4 per video. At 3 videos a day that's about $260/month. At 6 a day it's about $520/month. Paid on time, every time, no exceptions.
This is a long-term position
We are not looking for someone for one month. My longest editor has been with me for four months and has never had a single complaint about pay, hours, or how they're treated. That's how I run things and it isn't changing.
There is real room to grow here. As we add brands and accounts, the people already on the team get more work and more money before anyone new gets hired. Roles above editing will open up too, and those go to people who are already here.
Who I'm looking for
Hungry. You want to get better, not just get paid.
Consistent. You hit deadlines every day, not most days.
Good instincts. You can look at a video and tell whether it's good, and say why.
Takes feedback well. I give detailed notes. Apply them and you'll move up fast.
Experience with AI video tools is a plus, but instinct and consistency matter more. I'll teach the rest.
How to apply — read this part carefully
Applications with no video attached will not be reviewed. There are two ways to show me your work. Pick either one.
Option A — recreate this video
Watch this video:
Recreate it as closely as you can. Same structure, same pacing. Don't copy it exactly — make your version better if you see something you'd improve.
Send the link (Google Drive or Dropbox) and a short note on what you changed and why.
Option B — send work you've already made
If you've already made high quality AI videos in this exact style, skip the test and send those instead. Two or three of your best is enough.
You must include proof you actually made them. Any of these works: the project file, the raw export before captions, a screen recording of your timeline, or a link to the account they were posted on. Videos with no proof will not be counted.
With either option, include:
The word BLUEBIRD at the start of your message, so I know you read the whole post

I'm hiring fast. I look at every submission personally, and if your work is genuinely good you'll hear from me quickly.
