Job type: Part-time, project-based, ongoing pipeline of short films.
Hours: A few hours a week to start, flexible and deadline-driven, depending on the film slate.
Description: We are a US studio making short films with a mix of traditional editing and AI video tools. You will take a film idea from brief to finished short: plan it, build it, edit it, and deliver it.
What you will do:
- Turn a written brief into a shot plan or storyboard
- Generate and assemble footage with AI video tools (for example Runway, Higgsfield, Seedance, and similar) and stock or shot footage where needed
- Edit, sound-design, caption, and finish short films to a publishable standard
- Deliver on a weekly cadence and take feedback rounds quickly
Who this is for: a video editor who is excited about AI filmmaking and can show finished short work, not just cuts of other people's footage.
What success looks like: finished short films shipping every month, on brief and on time.
Requirements:
- A great work ethic: you hit deadlines and finish what you start
- You can edit video in a common tool (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar)
- Comfortable with computers and excited to learn AI video tools
- Reliable internet for large file transfers
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with any AI video or image tools
- Short-form vertical video experience (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
How to apply:

- Step 2: Apply here on OnlineJobs.ph with links to two finished videos you edited (AI-generated work is a plus, say what tools you used). Shortlisted editors complete a small paid test brief.
- Step 3 (optional): Message Dave on Instagram
