ABOUT NOCTUS DIGITAL
Hey! We're Noctus Digital, an Australian growth agency. We run Facebook and Instagram ads plus AI appointment setting for home improvement businesses (kitchens, bathrooms, renovations, roofing) in Australia and the US.

We're hiring an AI video editor and creator to make our video ads: hyperrealistic AI video, edited into direct-response ads that get people to book.

IMPORTANT: If you haven't made AI-generated video ads before, this role isn't for you. We need to see real examples.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Pitch and create new AI video concepts every week
- Generate hyperrealistic AI video with Seedance, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Kie.ai and ElevenLabs: AI b-roll, people talking to camera, skits, and mashups of all of them
- Edit everything into finished 9:16 direct-response ads with strong hooks, captions and pacing
- Make fast variations of our winning ads
- Take direction from our CEO, who leads creative strategy, and turn his ideas into finished ads
- Video only: no static ads, no scriptwriting, no media buying

WHAT YOU NEED
- A portfolio of AI video ads you've made (Meta or TikTok ads are a big plus)
- Hands-on experience with Higgsfield and Seedance (Kling, Veo, Kie.ai, ElevenLabs, HeyGen or Arcads are a plus)
- Strong editing in CapCut, Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
- 24 to 48 hour turnaround on every brief. If you can't commit to that, please don't apply.
- Available during Sydney business hours, Monday to Friday: 7am to 3pm Manila time until 3 October, then 6am to 2pm Manila time from 4 October
- Good English and fast replies

PAY
- US$6 to US$10 per hour depending on skill, about 20 hours a week to start
- A bonus for every ad you make that becomes a winner
- Room to grow to full-time as we scale in Australia and the US
