JOB OVERVIEW

Who We Are
We’re a fast-moving US health supplement brand focused on direct-response Meta ads. We produce short creatives, test quickly, and iterate on what performs.

The Role
Create short bottom-of-funnel video and image ads. Most videos are around 15–30 seconds; a typical batch contains 5–7 variations.

You bring strong editing instincts—pacing, sound, captions, visual clarity—and use AI to produce and revise faster. We use Codex or Claude Code alongside editing tools and services for footage, images, voice, and assembly. You don’t need to know every tool already, but you must be curious and willing to learn a new workflow quickly.

What You’ll Do
- Study reference ads enough to understand their hook, pacing, visual style, offer, and CTA.
- Turn a brief into short Meta videos: UGC, product-led, talking-head, static-to-video, and animated or cartoon-style ads.
- Use your editing skills and AI tools together to create footage, image ads, voice, captions, and variations.
- Use Codex or Claude Code to speed up production, organize assets, make image-ad variations, and automate parts of the edit with tools such as FFmpeg.
- Catch the details AI often gets wrong: product packaging, hands, unnatural movement, awkward voice cuts, unreadable text, and weak timing.
- Deliver a standard 5–7-video batch the same day when possible, within 24 hours once the brief and assets are ready, then turn revisions around quickly.

You’re a Strong Fit If You
- Have made short-form ads and know how to make a 20-second video feel sharp and persuasive.
- Understand direct response and can explain why a hook, offer, or edit might improve performance.
- Actively use AI in creative work—or can show that you learn new AI workflows fast.
- Can work from a reference without needing every cut dictated to you.
- Follow emerging ad formats, including animated and cartoon ads, and know when they suit a campaign.
- Take ownership of the final result instead of assuming an AI output is correct.

Experience with Codex, Claude Code, Kling, Kie.ai, ElevenLabs, or similar tools is a plus. Strong editing judgment and the ability to learn matter most.

Details
Remote, flexible hours. We care about speed, quality, and responsiveness during active batches. Compensation can be agreed per batch, per video, or hourly based on scope and complexity, with a bonus for winning creative.

How to Apply
Send 3–5 examples of ads or individual shots you created, and tell us what you personally did. Include a short Loom walking through one example: your editing choices, how you used AI, and one problem you spotted and fixed. Tell us which tools you use today and what you’d like to learn next.
