JOB OVERVIEW

Brat Noir is seeking a highly skilled AI Video Editor & Graphic Designer to execute our complete AI-powered production pipeline. This role is for a builder who can take concepts/sketches and move them through a sophisticated multi-model chain to produce commercial-grade video and graphic assets at 10x traditional speeds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the Core Loop: Daily production of high-impact visuals starting with Midjourney v7 for base imagery and vibe.
• Surgical Graphic Refinement: Use Nano Banana Pro and Flux Kontext for precision design work, including product insertion, text perfection on labels, and detail refinement.
• Video Animation & Production: Transform static designs into cinematic motion using Veo 3.1, Kling 2.1, or Luma Ray 2.
• Advanced Image Editing: Perform high-resolution 4K upscaling and texture enhancement using Seedream 4.0 or Topaz Video AI 7.
• Audio Post-Production: Manage audio assets by cloning brand voices in ElevenLabs and generating custom background tracks via Suno.
• Platform Optimization: Edit and optimize content specifically for high-engagement formats like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Requirements & Technical Skillset:
• Master Prompting Mastery: Ability to write technically precise, 5-layer prompt architectures including camera specs (focal length, aperture), lighting physics (Rembrandt, rim, chiaroscuro), and material realism.
• Systematic Workflow Agility: Proficiency in node-based platforms like FloraFauna or Weavy to chain models for repeatable production.
• 3-Pillar Execution: Ability to apply the 3-Pillar System (Structure, Reference, Vision) to ensure every asset is brand-consistent and professionally polished.
• Cognitive Toolstack: Experience using Gemini 3.0 and Claude Opus 4.5 for advanced prompt engineering and structuring heavy project documentation.
• Quality Control: A meticulous eye for detecting and correcting AI artifacts (malformed hands, text glitches, or plastic textures) before delivery.

Because our production pipeline is so specialized, we like to have candidates complete a short skills assessment before we move on to scheduling formal interviews. This helps us see your workflow in action and gives you a chance to show off your model chaining skills.
Here is the breakdown for the project:

TASTE: This is the most important non-technical component, you must be able to match the taste of our target audience, young bougie american gen z/millennial girls who like pop culture. content must be fun, cool, sexy, slightly insane and crazy but with a big emphasis on being cool/fun. Essentially you need to demonstrate an exceptionally good taste palette.

The Brief
We’d love for you to create a 15-second short-form video (optimized for Reels/TikTok) showing a nail "installation" or application process.

This should be built entirely from scratch using your preferred AI toolstack. We're specifically looking to see how you handle:
1. Accurate Product Insertion: Generating the base imagery/video and inserting our exact nail designs flawlessly, without weird AI artifacts.
2. Cinematic Motion: Transforming those static assets into fluid motion (using tools like Veo 3.1, Kling 2.1, Luma Ray 2, etc.).
3. Final Polish: Delivering a high-resolution, upscaled output with some background audio or voiceover synced to keep engagement high.

Deliverables
