JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a US-based DTC supplement brand and also travel affiliates.

We’re looking for a dedicated AI video editor to create direct response video ads for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Priority is Facebook

We will provide creative strategy and scripts but we need high quality video editors that are fast with strong work ethic and attention to detail.

This is performance creative. Not brand videos, not corporate explainers. Every second of video needs to hold attention and drive the viewer to click. If you’ve worked in affiliate marketing, supplement advertising, or direct response, you know exactly what we mean.

You’ll be creating 2 to 3 finished videos per day using AI tools. This is an ongoing, long-term position for the right person.

What you’ll be doing every day:
? Creating AI avatars/actors that look and feel like real UGC creators
? Generating AI voiceovers and lipsyncing them to avatar footage
? Building complete video ads from scratch… hooks, B-roll, text overlays, CTAs
? Editing for multiple formats (9:16 for TikTok/Reels, 1:1 for Feed, 16:9 for YouTube)
? Following proven ad scripts and frameworks while adding your own creative touch
? Turning around single video requests within 24 to 48 hours
You must have:
? Experience creating AI-generated video ads (not just basic video editing)
? Experience with AI avatar/actor tools like HeyGen, D-ID, Synthesia, Kling, or similar
? Experience with AI voiceover tools like ElevenLabs or similar
? Experience lipsyncing AI voices to AI actors
? Strong understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and watch an ad
? Good eye for pacing, transitions, and visual hooks
? Understanding of Facebook and ---------- ad policies (what gets flagged or rejected)
? Fluent English (written and spoken)
? Reliable internet connection and your own computer/editing setup
Big bonus if you have experience with:
? Sora, Kling, Nano Banana, CapCut, or similar AI video tools
? Editing ads for supplement, weight loss, health, or wellness brands
? Affiliate or direct response marketing creatives
? Advertorial-style or “native” video content that doesn’t look like an ad
? Creating fake UGC or testimonial-style content using AI

Do NOT apply if you only have experience with traditional video editing and no AI tool experience. We need someone who is already comfortable generating AI avatars, voices, and lipsynced content.

We are looking for expert level here.
