JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an AI Video Editor & Creative Producer who can help us create short-form content that attracts creators to MVP.
This role is perfect for someone who is creative, fast, and experienced in editing engaging videos for social media, ads, podcasts, webinars, and educational content.


Responsibilities:

Edit short-form videos for social media.
Repurpose podcasts, webinars, and long-form content into short clips.
Create engaging captions, hooks, and visual edits.
Use AI tools to help create or enhance video content.
Create AI avatar videos when needed.
Edit educational videos, landing page videos, and paid ad creatives.
Make videos that feel modern, clean, and attention-grabbing.


Requirements:

Experience with video editing and short-form content.
Comfortable using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Descript, Canva, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, or similar AI/video tools.
Strong understanding of social media content, hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling.
Able to follow brand direction and create content consistently.
Creative, organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
Experience with sports, creators, influencers, apps, or startup content is a plus.
