ABOUT THE FOUNDER:
I'm Pavel. I built a $7M/year CPG brand in two years and, before that,
two AI companies — one funded by Amazon, one that hit $1M/year in
12 months. Now I'm building a group of brands in health & wellness.
You'd work directly with me. No creative director in between.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS:
AI is the best-performing creative format in this market right now.
I need one person to own it — not help with it, own it.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
→ 30+ concepts per week
→ ~70% rebuilds and iterations of already-spending competitor ads
→ ~30% net new angles I bring you
→ Every AI format: UGC, b-roll, Pixar, claymation, song ads, podcast
→ Get the brief and reference, cut that day
→ Weekly performance data — you'll see what every ad did, so you know
what to make more of
WHAT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO BUILD:
✅ Animated character who stays the same person for 5+ minutes
(character consistency)
✅ AI presenter cast from a reference photo that reads as a real human
✅ AI song ads (fully sung, holds attention through the whole thing)
✅ Inside-body visualizations (things nobody can film)
✅ Product composited at the right scale and lighting
REQUIREMENTS (all three, non-negotiable):
1. You can build any of the above end-to-end. Portfolio required.
2. Ads you personally made have spent $100,000+/month on Meta.
3. You have worked with health or supplement brands.
DON'T APPLY IF:

COMPENSATION:
? $3,000–$5,000/month base (depending on track record)
? Uncapped bonuses on winning ads — they keep paying you as long as
they run
? Every tool paid: Veo, Kling, Nano Banana, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Suno,
Topaz — whatever you need
? $15,000+ in courses already bought — top programs on creative
strategy, copywriting, video editing, plus 1-on-1 calls with
specialists. You learn on my budget, not yours.
REAL GROWTH PATH:
The best editor I know took a seat like this and was running creative
18 months later.
