JOB OVERVIEW

Body Restore is an ~$25M wellness and personal care brand best known for shower steamers and bath products, sold across Amazon, Shopify, Target, Walmart, and TJ Maxx.

The role
We're looking for an AI-native video editor who can churn out high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, and Amazon at volume. You won't be making one polished hero video a month — you'll be producing dozens of testable variants per week across hooks, formats, and brands, leaning on AI tools to compress what used to take a full production team into a single seat.
You'll work directly with our Performance Creative Strategist and our creator partners (including Lighthouse Creators feeding us raw UGC) to take footage, scripts, and concepts and turn them into scroll-stopping ads.
What you'll do

Edit 20–40+ ad variants per week across Meta, TikTok, and Amazon Sponsored Brands video
Cut down raw UGC and creator footage into platform-native ads (TikTok-first feel, not "agency commercial" feel)
Use AI tools throughout the pipeline — voice cloning, AI avatars, b-roll generation, auto-captions, upscaling, motion, virtual product shots — to multiply output without sacrificing quality
Build modular ad systems: master a hook, swap CTAs, test 10 variations
Iterate on winners based on performance data (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, ROAS) — kill losers fast
Adapt creative across brands (Body Restore, Aeon, K8) and formats (1:1, 9:16, 16:9, static motion)
Maintain a tight asset library and naming convention so testing stays organized

What we're looking for

2+ years editing direct-response or performance creative for DTC/CPG brands
Fluent in Premiere or CapCut (CapCut Pro a plus), After Effects for motion, Photoshop for thumbnails
Hands-on with current AI video stack: Runway, Higgsfield, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, HeyGen/Captions, Topaz, Descript, Midjourney/Nano Banana — we don't care which exact tools, we care that you've shipped real ads with them
Strong instinct for short-form pacing, hooks in the first 1.5 seconds, and platform-native feel (your TikTok ads should not look like Meta ads)
You read performance dashboards and let the data drive your next cut, not your taste
Comfortable with high volume and rapid iteration — this is not a passion-project pace
Wellness, beauty, supplement, or consumer health category experience preferred

Nice to have

Experience with Amazon video creative specifically (Sponsored Brands video, A+ video modules)
Familiarity with Foreplay, Motion, or Atria for ad library research and inspiration sourcing
Music licensing/sync know-how for organic-feeling tracks
Light copywriting chops — you can punch up a hook line if it's not landing
Experience inside a creator/UGC pipeline (intake, briefing, post-production handoff)
