JOB OVERVIEW
We are building a small studio of original YouTube channels and character worlds made entirely with AI video tools. Think cozy, handmade, stop-motion style: tiny felt or toy-like characters cooking, eating, building, and living calm little lives. No voiceovers, no talking heads. Just beautiful scenes, satisfying moments, and the right music.
We are looking for one full-time creator who can take a single idea from concept to finished, upload-ready video, every day. You will storyboard, generate, and edit. You will also help invent the characters and worlds themselves, so imagination matters as much as technical skill.
You will own both sides of the content: relaxing long-form videos for YouTube, and fast, scroll- stopping short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Long form builds the world. Short form brings new people into it and makes them fall in love with the characters.
This is a long-term role. The worlds we build will grow beyond YouTube over time, and we want someone who wants to grow with them.
The style we are going for
Please watch these before you apply. If you watch them and think “I can make that, and I can make it better,” you are who we want to hear from.
•
What makes these work:
• The world feels real and touchable. Wool fibers, felt textures, tiny wooden spoons, warm lamp light, steam rising off food. Every frame looks like a handmade miniature set.
• The characters stay consistent. Same face, same outfit, same proportions in every shot, across every episode.
• The pacing is slow and satisfying. Chopping, stirring, pouring, plating, eating. Each step gets its moment. Viewers watch for 30+ minutes to relax.
• The music carries the mood. Gentle, warm, well chosen. No narration needed.
• The food is accurate. If a character makes tacos al pastor, the steps and ingredients make
sense. A real cook would nod along.
What you will do
Long form (YouTube)
• Brainstorm and pitch episode ideas, characters, and settings for multiple channels
• Write simple shot lists and storyboards for each video
• Generate images and video clips using AI tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar)
• Keep characters, sets, and style consistent across hundreds of shots
• Edit everything into long-form videos (roughly 20 to 60 minutes) with smooth pacing, music, and ambient sound
• Select and license music that fits the mood
• Create thumbnails and suggest titles that make people want to click
• Publish on a consistent daily schedule and keep an organized library of characters, prompts, and assets
• Watch what performs and suggest improvements
Short form (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Cut our long-form videos into short, addictive clips with strong hooks in the first 1 to 2 seconds
• Create original short-form content built for each platform, not just reposts
• Experiment with formats that get people watching, commenting, and sharing: oddly satisfying loops, “brain rot” style edits, trends, memes, quizzes, “guess the recipe,” “which character are you,” polls, and series that keep people coming back
• Use short form to drive viewers to the full-length videos on YouTube
• Build real fans of our characters: give them personalities, running jokes, and moments people want to comment on and share
• Track views, watch time, saves, shares, and comments, and double down on what works
Who you are
• You have already made AI video content you are proud of, and you can show it
• You know how to keep a character consistent across many AI generations (reference images, character sheets, image-to-video workflows, etc.)
• You are a strong video editor (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
• You have taste. You can tell when a shot looks “AI weird” and you fix it or cut it
• You love cozy, cute, and satisfying content: stop-motion, miniatures, Ghibli, Sylvanian Families, Animal Crossing, food ASMR, that whole world
• You are strongly connected to pop culture and know what is trending with audiences in the US and globally
• You spend real time on TikTok and Instagram, and you understand why some videos get millions of views and others die at 200
• You know how to write a hook and edit for retention: fast cuts, loops, captions, sound choices, and trending audio
• Excellent written and spoken English
• You are fast, organized, and reliable. Daily output is part of the job
• You get excited about inventing characters, names, backstories, and little worlds
Nice to have
• Experience growing channels/pages (yours or a client’s)
• Short-form videos you made that went viral or performed well (send the links and the numbers)
• Experience building a character or mascot account that people follow for the character itself
• Pop culture knowledge
• Real cooking or baking knowledge
• Illustration, character design, or 3D background
• Experience with AI music tools or sound design
• Experience writing prompts at scale and building reusable prompt libraries
How to apply
We only want to talk to people who are confident they can create in this style. To be considered, your application must include:
1. Your portfolio. Links to AI video work you made, both long form and short form. If you have something in a felt, clay, toy, or stop-motion style, put it first. For short-form work, include view counts if you have them.
2. A short sample (optional but strongly preferred). A 15 to 60 second clip of one cozy character doing one satisfying task (cooking, baking, building, cleaning) in a handmade miniature style. Applicants who send a sample go to the top of the list.
3. Your tool stack. Which AI tools and editing software you use, and which ones you pay for. 4. One original idea. Describe a character and a world you would create for a channel like
this, in 3 to 5 sentences. Give the character a name.
5. Three things from pop culture right now that you think a channel like this could learn from, and why.
6. Three short-form video ideas. Using one of the reference videos above, describe three TikTok or Reels ideas you would make from it. For each one, tell us the hook (what happens in the first 2 seconds) and why people would comment or share.
Start your application with the words “Tiny Worlds” so we know you read the full posting. Applications without this will not be reviewed.
