JOB OVERVIEW

We run TikTok Shop accounts built around a consistent AI avatar. The avatar face, base scenes and proven video prompts are already built and approved. We define the outputs, quality bar and credit budget. YOU are the AI video expert who delivers them efficiently and finds better, faster ways to do it as new models come out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY
- Take a product link from our list, pull the product photos (Kalodata login provided) and style the avatar to match the product.
- Swap the new product onto the avatar in an approved scene. Edit existing images instead of regenerating whole scenes. Target: correct in 1–2 generations.
- Animate with our proven motion templates in Higgsfield (Kling and others), using 5-second clips, then edit and splice into 8–10 second videos in CapCut.
- Keep the avatar's face, body and background scenes identical in every video.
- Deliver 12 finished videos per working day to start (enough to cover posting 7 days a week), organized in Google Drive.
- Track credits used and time per video in our tracker.

AFTER 2 WEEKS:
- Build new background scenes (e.g. home living room, porch, car) that match the brand and keep the avatar identical, with a small number of generations.Post videos on TikTok through GeeLark: link the product, add music, captions and copy, all on-brand for the avatar.

AFTER 30 Days:
- Goal to Scale up to 20 videos per day across 2 AI accounts.
- Handle posting up to 20 videos per day across 2 Tiktok accounts (scaling from 10 - 15 to then 20)

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO
- Show proven experience creating AI avatars / AI influencers with consistent character identity (same face, body, hair and look across many images and videos).
- Write and adjust image and video prompts yourself. Templates are provided, but you fill them in from the product photo without outside help.
- Diagnose why a generation failed (prompt wording, reference photos, product elements, settings) and fix it in the next attempt, not regenerate the same prompt repeatedly.
- Fix common AI errors: wrong product details (print, buckles, straps, colors), talking or mouth movement, extra hands, warping, clothing that flares or changes, swaying or shuffling.
- Build clean product references/elements (correct colorway only, no infographics).
- Choose the right tool for each step, e.g. a fast image model for drafts and a premium model for the final product match, and use video editing or motion-reference tools when that saves credits.
- Edit quickly and cleanly in CapCut.
- Work independently once trained. You get 1 day of training on our system, then you own the daily output and make decisions to keep things moving.

TOOLS
- Daily: Higgsfield (Nano Banana Pro, Kling, Seedream, Gemini Omni Flash and other models inside it), CapCut, Claude / ChatGPT, Kalodata (product research and photos), Google Drive and Google Sheets (file workflow and video tracker), Slack / Telegram (communication).
- Posting (after 1–2 weeks): GeeLark and TikTok Shop (linking products in posts). Experience with either is a plus.
- Familiarity with other AI video and image tools (e.g. Google Flow, Kling direct, Runway, Pika) is a plus. We want someone who can compare tools and recommend the best one for the job.

STAY CURRENT
- Experience with AI avatars / AI influencers and character consistency.
- AI video tools change every week. You keep up with new models and features, test them on our products, and recommend changes that make videos faster, cheaper or more realistic. We rely on your expertise here.

NICE TO HAVE
- TikTok Shop or ecommerce experience (not required).

DETAILS
- Full time, Monday–Saturday, 8 hours per day. Pay: $400–600/month, based on skill and output.
- We post 10 videos per day, 7 days a week. Your target is ~300 approved (8-10 second videos) per month (about 12 per working day, with Sunday's videos completed ahead of time), with bonuses for volume above target as we scale.
- Higgsfield credits and all logins provided. We monitor credits and time per video. Efficiency matters as much as quality.

PAID TEST (shortlisted candidates only)
Using our avatar, our approved scenes and the product links we provide, you will:
1. Do 2 product swaps on the avatar: one clothing item and one pair of shoes.
2. Turn each into a finished, ready-to-post 8–10 second shoppable video. (you would generate them as 5 second clips in higgsfield and then edit in CapCut to get to the 8-10 seconds)
3. Screen-record your full process, including prompting, generating and editing.
4. Send us the 2 final videos, the screen recording, and the number of generations and credits used per video.

We are measuring accuracy, number of generations, credits used and total turnaround time, to make sure you can meet our daily targets.
