JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
We are a fast-growing real estate investment company actively buying 70+ houses per year, and we’re looking for a talented AI video creator to help us produce short, high-impact advertising videos using AI tools like OpenArt.ai.
Our goal is to create engaging, scroll-stopping video content for marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
What We Need:
• Create short AI-generated video clips using OpenArt.ai (or similar tools)
• Help turn concepts/ideas into polished ad-ready video content
• Ability to produce multiple variations for testing (different hooks, visuals, styles)
• Collaborate on creative direction (we’ll provide ideas, but value your input)
Bonus Skills (Strong Plus):
• Experience with other AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.)
• Video editing / post-production (adding captions, sound effects, music)
• Understanding of direct response marketing or ad creatives
• Ability to create UGC-style or storytelling-style content
About Us:
We are a real estate investment company that purchases distressed properties, renovates them, and either resells or holds as rentals. We are very marketing-driven and constantly testing new strategies to generate seller leads.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience creating AI-generated videos
• Strong creative eye for attention-grabbing content
• Ability to move fast and iterate quickly
• Good communication and reliability

If you’ve worked on AI projects specifically for real estate investors, home buyers, or similar industries, we definitely want to hear about it.
Also, if you have experience with other AI or coding projects (automation, agents, workflows, etc.), please include details—we are actively expanding our use of AI across the business and may have additional opportunities.
