JOB OVERVIEW

THE REFERENCE — STUDY THIS VIDEO

Watch this before applying: ----------

"Comcast Commercial #1 (2026) Featuring Liev Schreiber" Directed by Dante Ariola / MJZ — Agency: Goodby Silverstein & Partners

This is the tone, pacing, and visual standard we are targeting. Your work does not need to match a $500K production budget, but it needs to match the FEEL. Here is what makes this commercial work — and what we need you to replicate:

TONE

Authoritative but not aggressive. Confident, measured, quiet power.
Feels like a prestige drama, not a sales pitch.
The narrator (Schreiber) speaks TO the viewer as an equal — not down to them, not hyping them up. Straightforward. Intelligent. Calm.
No hype. No "act now." No countdown timers. No stock-photo energy.

VISUAL STYLE

Cinematic color grading: desaturated, cool tones, deep contrast.
Clean, modern typography — data and numbers appear on screen as the narrator references them. Sans-serif. White or gold on dark.
Real-world footage intercut with data visualizations and motion graphics.
Slow, deliberate camera movement. No fast cuts. Each shot breathes.
Dynamic visuals proving scale — numbers animate in, graphics build.
Dark backgrounds dominate. Light is used intentionally, not flooded.

PACING

Measured. Every sentence gets space. No rush.
Music is low, cinematic, ambient — supports the voice, never competes.
Roughly 1 key visual per sentence. Not cluttered.
The viewer should feel like they are watching something important.
SOUND

Deep, resonant voiceover — professional narrator with gravitas.
Minimal sound design. No whooshes, no stingers, no comedic beats.
Subtle ambient score. Cinematic. Think Hans Zimmer at 10% volume.

WHAT YOU WILL PRODUCE
3-minute educational videos (we provide the scripts). Initial batch of 22 videos across 5 modules, plus 4 marketing/ad videos.

Topics include:

The Rockefeller Method (what it is, how it works)
Velocity Banking (debt elimination strategy)
Capital Deployment (real estate, oil & gas)
Tax Strategy (cost segregation, bonus depreciation)
Case Studies (military officer, pilot, engineer, veteran)
Marketing ads (The Problem, The System, The Execution, The Offer)
For each video, you will receive:

Full script with dialogue and scene descriptions
Visual direction notes (shot types, graphics, animations)
Brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo placement)
You will deliver:

Finished 3-minute video (1920x1080 or 4K, .mp4)
Vertical cut for social (9:16, 60-second highlight)
Thumbnail image (1280x720)

REQUIRED SKILLS
MUST HAVE:
[ ] Proficiency with AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, HailuoAI, or similar). You should be producing with these daily.
[ ] Strong motion graphics ability (After Effects, or AI equivalent). Animated typography, data visualizations, flow diagrams.
[ ] Understanding of cinematic color grading and composition.
[ ] Ability to source or generate high-quality voiceover (ElevenLabs, professional VO talent, or your own studio-quality voice).
[ ] Clean, modern design sensibility. If your portfolio has neon gradients, particle effects, or "techy" overlays, this is not the right fit.

NICE TO HAVE:
[ ] Experience with financial services, real estate, or insurance content.
[ ] Familiarity with the Infinite Banking Concept or wealth strategy space.
[ ] Ability to produce cinematic b-roll using AI (cityscapes, office environments, family scenes, military settings).
[ ] Music licensing or production (or access to Artlist, Epidemic Sound).

DO NOT APPLY IF:

Your work looks like a TikTok edit or a "motivational" Instagram reel.
You rely on stock footage montages with no original motion design.
You cannot match the desaturated, high-contrast, dark visual palette shown in the reference video.
You think "corporate video" means bright blue backgrounds with icons flying around. That is the opposite of what we want.

PORTFOLIO LINK
Show us 3–5 pieces that demonstrate the cinematic, authoritative tone described above. If nothing in your current portfolio matches, produce a 30-second sample using one of our scripts (provided on request).

TOOLS LIST
Tell us exactly which AI tools you use for generation, editing, motion graphics, voiceover, and music. We want to know your actual workflow, not a list of tools you have heard of.

TURNAROUND ESTIMATE
How many days per finished 3-minute video? Be realistic. We value quality over speed, but we need a sustainable cadence.

RATE
Per-video rate for the deliverables described above (landscape video, vertical cut, thumbnail). If you prefer hourly, state that.

ONE SENTENCE
Watch the Comcast reference video and tell us in one sentence what makes it work. This tells us whether you see what we see.

TIMELINE & VOLUME
Phase 1: 4 marketing videos (highest priority — paid ads)
Phase 2: Module 1 (5 videos) — Rockefeller Method foundations
Phase 3: Modules 2–5 (17 videos) — ongoing, 2–3 per week

Total: 26 videos over approximately 10–12 weeks. Ongoing work available as we expand the curriculum and ad campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a one-off gig. We are building a media engine. The right person becomes our go-to video creator across all four entities (Velocity Capital, Anza Ventures, Anza Realtor, Anza Construction). Consistent work, clear creative direction, and scripts provided for every piece.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in craft. Someone who watches the Comcast spot and thinks:
"I can do that — and I can do it faster with AI."
