JOB OVERVIEW

What you’ll do:

* Generate animated video scenes primarily using SeeDance
* Turn scripts and creative briefs into compelling short-form videos
* Prompt and iterate on AI generations until scenes look right
* Edit clips together into polished 15–60 second videos
* Add dialogue, music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and pacing
* Maintain visual and character consistency between shots
* Recreate/reference specific visual styles when given examples
* Work quickly and experiment with different creative concepts

Requirements:

* Hands-on experience with SeeDance
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
* Good visual taste and understanding of short-form content
* Comfortable working independently from a creative brief
* Able to iterate quickly based on feedback
* Reliable communication and turnaround times

Strong preference for candidates who:

* Watch anime, K-dramas, fantasy, or popular television
* Play video games or understand gaming culture
* Understand storytelling, cinematography, and character-driven content
* Have experience with other AI tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.
* Follow TikTok/Reels/Shorts trends

IMPORTANT — Application requirement:

Please include examples of AI-generated videos you have personally created, preferably using SeeDance.

If you have not used SeeDance before, please tell us which AI video tools you have used and provide examples.

Applications without relevant work samples will not be prioritized.

There will be a paid creative test for shortlisted applicants.
