# AI Video Creator & Editor — Higgsfield AI

**Company:** VanishedOC
**Position:** Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term
**Starting Pay:** $2/hour (40 hours/week)

### About Us

VanishedOC is an automotive brand looking for a highly creative and experienced AI video creator/editor to produce viral-style content for TikTok and Instagram.

We're looking for someone who can independently come up with great video ideas, generate realistic footage using Higgsfield, and turn those ideas into fully edited, engaging videos.

**We're NOT looking for someone who just knows how to generate AI videos. We want someone who understands what makes videos go viral and has the creativity to consistently come up with great concepts.**

### ? PAY & VIRAL VIDEO BONUSES — IMPORTANT!

We want to reward people who produce results, not just people who complete tasks.

Your starting pay is **$2/hour for 40 hours per week**, but that's only the beginning.

Here's how you can earn more:

- **30,000+ Views:** Earn a performance bonus when your video reaches 30K authentic, organic views from our target audience.
- **100,000+ Views:** Earn an additional bonus AND receive a **permanent $0.25/hour raise**.
- **Every Additional Viral Video:** Each new qualifying video that reaches 100K+ views earns another bonus and another permanent $0.25/hour raise.
- **No fixed cap on performance-based raises:** The more qualifying viral videos you create, the higher your hourly rate can grow.

For example, if you consistently create videos that reach 100K+ views:

**These raises are permanent, not one-time bonuses!**

If you're genuinely good at creating engaging content and consistently produce viral videos, you have the opportunity to earn significantly more than the starting rate.

All qualifying views must come from legitimate viewers within our target audience. Artificial or botted engagement does not qualify. Bonus amounts and verification terms will be confirmed before hiring.

**We're looking for someone who sees this as an opportunity to grow, not just another hourly job.**

### Responsibilities

- Produce **5 GOOD, fully finished videos per week**.
- Independently brainstorm original, engaging video concepts.
- Generate realistic, high-quality AI footage using Higgsfield.
- Create accurate starting frames to reduce wasted AI credits.
- Edit videos with music, sound effects, transitions, and strong pacing.
- Research trends, hooks, and successful viral content.
- Use our existing B-roll, AI footage, and product references when appropriate.
- Continuously experiment with new concepts and improve video performance.

### Requirements

- Previous experience with Higgsfield or similar AI video generation tools.
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent creativity and understanding of viral short-form content.
- Ability to independently develop attention-grabbing video concepts.
- Experience generating realistic AI footage with consistent product details.
- Ability to optimize starting frames and use AI credits efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to improve.

**CREATIVITY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY.** We want someone who thinks outside the box, brings their own ideas, and genuinely puts effort into making great videos.

We receive a lot of applications, so instead of long cover letters, we want to see what you can actually create.

**Before applying, search VanishedOC on TikTok and Instagram** to understand our product and content style.

Then create **ONE original video** that you believe would perform well for our brand.

Your video must:
- Be 10–20 seconds long, vertical 9:16.
- Include realistic AI-generated footage.
- Be fully edited with music, sound effects, and engaging pacing.
- Have a strong hook that grabs attention immediately.
- Accurately represent our product using the provided reference images.
- Be ready to post on TikTok or Instagram.

You have full creative freedom. We want to see your own ideas and how well you execute them.
