JOB OVERVIEW

COMPENSATION
$300 first month + performance bonus. Will transition to full time for $700 a month + generous performance bonuses if all goes well month 1. We want someone long-term. If you're reliable and your output is good, this grows into a stable full-time position with increasing pay.

We create short-form health and wellness video content for Facebook and Instagram using AI-generated avatars. We're looking for one reliable person to handle our video production start to finish.

Here's the best part: you don't have to think of ideas, write anything, or find your own images. We give you the script. We give you the base reference images. Your job is to turn those into a finished video.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: This is not an entry-level or "willing to learn" role. We need someone who is ALREADY EXPERIENCED with AI video generation and CapCut editing. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Generate images using Higgsfield (Nano Banana Pro) - take the reference photos we send you and adjust them so they match our AI avatar characters consistently
2. Generate video using Google VEO 3 from the scripts and images we provide
3. Edit the final video in CapCut - captions, cuts, timing, hook framing, clean delivery
4. Deliver finished videos ready to post, on schedule

We reimburse you for all AI software costs (VEO 3, Higgsfield, etc.). You never pay out of pocket for tools.

REQUIREMENTS (please only apply if you meet these)

- Experience with Google VEO 3 - this is our primary video generation tool
- Experience editing short-form vertical video in CapCut (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation - Higgsfield / Nano Banana Pro experience is a major plus
- A portfolio we can look at with finished videos you've edited and AI content you've generated.
- Strong attention to detail - our avatar characters must look CONSISTENT across every video. Same face, same look, every time. This is the single most important part of the job.
- Reliable daily availability (4 hours/day) and consistent communication
- Good English skills to understand video tutorials and written instructions
- Stable internet and a computer that can handle video editing

NOT REQUIRED: scriptwriting, marketing knowledge, coming up with ideas, or sourcing content. We handle all of that. We just need someone who is excellent at execution.
