JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a full-time AI video creator to produce short-form content using AI tools and CapCut.
This role involves turning scripts into full videos by:
Creating high-quality AI-generated images
Turning those images into short video clips (using tools like VEO3 or similar)
Editing all clips together into a complete video
This is an editing job but you must be able to think creatively and build scenes from prompts given from gemini .

Responsibilities:
Take scripts and generate cinematic AI images (using tools like Google Flow)
Build scenes that connect together (each image should feel like part of a story)
Turn images into short video clips (8 seconds per clip using VEO3 or similar tools)
Combine multiple clips into one full video
Edit videos in CapCut (cut pauses, tighten pacing,transitions, add basic polish)
Ensure all scenes flow naturally from start to finish
Produce a minimum of 6 completed videos per day

Important:
You are NOT just following prompts.
You must:
Build image scenes from scripts
Turn images scenes to video scenes
Make images feel like real video moments (action, motion, environment)
Ensure each clip connects into a full sequence

Tools Used:
Google Flow (image generation)
VEO3 (image to video clips – ~8 seconds per clip)
CapCut (final editing)
ElevenLabs / Captions.ai (voice/audio when needed)

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
STRONG English communication
Reliable internet connection
Experience with CapCut (required)
Familiar with TikTok / short-form content
Creative thinking (very important)
Ability to follow systems and improve prompts
Open to feedback and fast iteration
Availability: 6–8 hours/day
5–6 days per week (flexible as long as consistent)
Must be able to receive payments via paypal
Preferred: PH or similar time zone

Compensation:
$2 per completed video during training then $400 a month and $50 per million views (5 minimum per day)
