JOB OVERVIEW

I am an Australian lawyer looking to create a professional AI-generated video avatar of myself for use on my website and ongoing content.

This is not a basic or template avatar project. The result must be realistic, professional, and suitable for a legal services brand.
You must demonstrate experience creating an avatar based on a real person’s photos (not template avatars). Applicants that dont provide these will not be considered.

Scope (Initial Project):

Create a realistic AI avatar based on my images (not cartoon or generic avatar)
Integrate or clone my real voice (audio samples will be provided)
Produce a 60–90 second website introduction video
Ensure natural lip sync, pacing, and professional delivery

Deliverables:

HD video suitable for website use
Clean, professional audio
Reusable avatar setup for future videos

IMPORTANT:
This must resemble a real person and feel credible for a professional services website. Generic or template-style avatars are not suitable.

Budget:
Fixed price: PHP16,000 total

Milestones:

PHP 2,000 – Test sample (10–15 seconds) – only for shortlisted candidates
PHP 10,000 – Avatar build and draft full video
PHP 4,000 – Final delivery and revisions

Process:
Only 2–3 candidates will be shortlisted. A paid test will be offered to shortlisted candidates only before proceeding.

Ongoing Work:
I am looking for a long-term working relationship. Once the avatar is created, there will be regular ongoing videos which will be simpler and priced separately.

Requirements:

Strong English communication
Experience with AI video tools (e.g. HeyGen, D-ID, Synthesia, Runway, ElevenLabs or similar)
Ability to create realistic human-style avatars (not templates)
