**AI Video Creator (Part-Time | Growth Opportunity)**

**Pay:** $5–$15 per hour (based on experience and performance)
**Schedule:** Part-time to start, with opportunity for more hours
**Location:** Remote

**Position Overview**

We are hiring a part-time AI Video Creator to produce short-form and promotional video content using AI-based tools. This role starts part-time and offers pay increases and expanded hours based on performance, quality of work, and consistency.

This position is ideal for someone who understands short-form video content and can turn ideas or briefs into engaging visuals efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Create short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Use AI video tools to generate and refine video content
* Follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and deadlines
* Optimize videos for engagement (hooks, pacing, captions, structure)
* Make revisions based on feedback
* Maintain organized project files and submissions

**Required Qualifications**

* Experience creating videos using AI-based tools
* Understanding of short-form video formats and engagement principles
* Basic video editing skills (cuts, captions, pacing)
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable communication and time management
* **Must provide examples of previous video work**

**Preferred (Not Required)**

* Experience with **Runware.AI**
* UGC-style content experience
* Familiarity with TikTok, Reels, and Shorts performance trends
* Ability to create multiple creative variations efficiently

**Compensation & Advancement**

* Starting rate between **$5–$15 per hour**

* Speed and ability to meet deadlines
* Engagement performance
* Ability to follow direction with minimal revisions
