JOB OVERVIEW

We run US ecommerce brands and produce a high volume of paid ad
creatives (UGC videos, static ads, VSLs). We're looking for a
reliable AI Video Producer who can take our briefs, scripts and
angles and turn them into finished ad-ready videos.

IMPORTANT: This is an EXECUTION role. We provide the angles, the
scripts, and the creative direction. You produce. We are NOT looking
for you to invent concepts - we're looking for someone fast,
reliable, and technically excellent who brings our briefs to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (1-3 videos per day):
- Generate AI video clips from our prompts (Higgsfield, Kling)
- Source stock/b-roll clips when AI isn't the right fit
- Generate AI voiceovers (ElevenLabs or similar) from our scripts
- Edit everything into finished ads: hooks, pacing, captions/subtitles,
music, 2-3 hook variations per video
- Export in the right formats/ratios for Meta and TikTok (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
- Organize files and deliver on a consistent daily schedule

REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway,
Sora, Pika - name the ones you've actually used)
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects)
- Experience with AI voiceover tools (ElevenLabs or similar)
- Good eye for pacing and hooks in short-form ads
- Excellent at following detailed briefs and SOPs precisely
- Reliable, fast, communicative, meets daily deadlines

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience editing DTC/ecommerce ads specifically
- Experience with supplement or health product ads
- Understanding of what makes a scroll-stopping hook

HOW TO APPLY:
