JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an AI Video Creative Assistant to help create high-converting video ads for our fashion stores.

Your main role will be to turn product images into AI videos using tools such as Veo 3, Kling AI, and similar platforms. You will also be given competitor AI videos to replicate or adapt into new creatives for our own products and stores.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who already understands both AI video tools and the e-commerce / dropshipping world.

What you’ll do

Create AI video ads from product images
Use tools like Veo 3, Kling AI, and other AI creative platforms
Replicate or adapt winning competitor-style videos
Edit and polish videos in CapCut when needed
Follow creative directions, hooks, angles, and ad concepts
Deliver multiple variations of creatives for testing
Keep the videos natural, realistic, and made for conversion

What we’re looking for

Strong experience with AI video generation tools
Good understanding of Veo 3, Kling AI, and similar tools
Comfortable using CapCut for editing and finishing touches
Experience working with e-commerce or dropshipping brands
Good eye for what makes a video ad look native and convert
Able to follow references and recreate styles accurately
Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented

Big plus if you have

Worked on fashion creatives
Experience making ads for Meta / TikTok
Understanding of direct response ad creatives
Ability to improve competitor concepts instead of only copying them
Experience with image prompting, motion prompting, and realistic AI outputs
