ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time content production and social media management role.

This is NOT:

a freelance gig
a creative hobby role
a passive posting job

This is a high-output, performance-driven execution role.

Your job is to:

? produce daily content AND manage social platforms to generate leads and conversations

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
???? CONTENT PRODUCTION
Create 5–8 short videos per day (15–60 seconds)
Use HeyGen (AI avatars) as the PRIMARY tool
Write scripts using ChatGPT
Edit videos (captions, pacing, formatting if needed)
???? SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Post EVERY video on ALL platforms (MANDATORY):
TikTok
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts

Facebook
LinkedIn
X (Twitter)

Posting on all platforms is REQUIRED. No exceptions.

???? ENGAGEMENT (CRITICAL)
Reply to ALL comments daily
Respond to messages (DMs)
Encourage engagement using clear calls-to-action

Track performance (views, comments, engagement)
Recreate or improve high-performing videos
Adjust hooks, captions, and content style
CONTENT GOALS

Your content must generate:

Buyer leads
Seller leads

Recruiting leads (agents and loan officers)
CONTENT STRUCTURE

You will create content in these categories:

Buyer tips (daily)
Seller tips
Refinance content
Market updates
Investor content
Recruiting content
Authority / positioning videos

You are expected to generate topics weekly and execute daily.

CONTENT RULES

Every video MUST:

Have a strong hook in the first 2 seconds
Be simple, clear, and engaging
Include a clear call-to-action

Examples:

“Comment HOME”
“Message RATE”

Generic or low-quality content will not be accepted.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
5–8 videos per day (non-negotiable)
Daily posting across ALL platforms
Daily engagement (comments + messages)
Consistent execution

Low output or inconsistency will not be accepted.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $350/month

This is a performance-driven role.

Growth and bonuses are based on:

results

High performers will earn more.

SCHEDULE

During the first 30 days, you will be required to work on Pacific Time for training, communication, and workflow alignment.

After the first 30 days, schedule flexibility may be allowed if performance, consistency, and communication are strong.

Schedule flexibility is NOT guaranteed and must be earned.

Standard schedule (first 30 days):
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Pacific Time

Includes:

30-minute lunch
Two 10-minute breaks
Final 30 minutes for reporting
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Stable internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps)
Experience with:
ChatGPT or similar AI tools
HeyGen (preferred or fast learner)
CapCut or similar
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow structured systems
