# AI Video Content Creator – Google Flow, HeyGen & ElevenLabs

**Type of Work:** Part-Time, long-term
**Hours:** Approximately 20 hours per week initially
**Schedule:** Flexible, with consistent production deadlines
**Compensation:** $3 USD per approved video, plus performance and volume bonuses

## About the Role

We are a growing content media agency that creates short-form affiliate videos for products.

We are looking for a reliable and creative AI Video Content Creator who can use generative AI tools to produce engaging TikTok, Instagram Reel, and Facebook Reel content.

Our videos may include AI-generated characters, talking avatars, voiceovers, product scenes, image-to-video generations, AI B-roll, and other synthetic media.

We currently use tools such as:

* Google Flow
* Google Veo
* HeyGen
* ElevenLabs
* CapCut or similar editing software
* Additional AI video, image, voice, and automation platforms

We will teach you our current production process, including the prompts, templates, tools, examples, and standard operating procedures we use.

Previous experience with these tools is strongly preferred, but it is not required if you are technically capable, learn quickly, and can follow detailed instructions.

## Your Responsibilities

* Create short-form AI videos for affiliate campaigns.
* Generate AI characters, scenes, product demonstrations, B-roll, and other visual assets.
* Create realistic AI voiceovers using tools such as ElevenLabs.
* Create talking-character or lip-synced videos using tools such as HeyGen.
* Use Google Flow, Veo, and similar platforms to generate video clips.
* Write and improve prompts based on our instructions and reference examples.
* Maintain character, clothing, environment, and visual consistency across generations.
* Combine generated assets into polished vertical videos.
* Add captions, sound effects, music, transitions, hooks, and on-screen text.
* Follow scripts, shot lists, prompts, templates, and reference videos.
* Identify generation errors such as unnatural movements, distorted hands, incorrect products, inconsistent characters, or poor lip-sync.
* Regenerate or correct assets when the quality does not meet our standards.
* Organize generated files, project files, prompts, and final exports.
* Track assigned and completed videos inside our content management system.
* Make reasonable revisions based on feedback.
* Meet agreed daily and weekly production targets.

You will not normally be responsible for posting the videos. Your primary responsibility will be creating and delivering finished content.

## Requirements

* Strong interest in AI content creation and generative media.
* Experience with at least one AI image, video, avatar, or voice-generation platform.
* Basic short-form video-editing ability using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
* Good written English and the ability to understand English scripts.
* Ability to write, test, and improve AI prompts.
* Strong attention to visual details and continuity.
* Ability to recognize when an AI generation looks unnatural or unusable.
* Ability to follow a repeatable production process.
* Reliable computer and internet connection.
* Consistent communication and ability to meet deadlines.
* Willingness to receive feedback and improve quickly.

## Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a strong advantage:

* Google Flow or Google Veo
* HeyGen
* ElevenLabs
* AI image-generation platforms
* Image-to-video generation
* AI avatars and talking characters
* Character-consistency workflows
* AI voice cloning or text-to-speech
* Affiliate content
* UGC-style product advertisements
* Viral hooks and short-form storytelling
* CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
* Prompt engineering
* E-commerce or direct-response advertising

You do not need experience with every platform listed. We care more about your ability to learn tools quickly, follow our systems, and consistently produce high-quality content.

## Compensation

Compensation ranges from **$3 USD per approved video**, depending on the complexity of the assignment.

Compensation may also include:

* Volume bonuses
* Reliability bonuses
* Performance bonuses
* Rate increases for consistently strong work
* Additional responsibilities for top-performing tea ---------- mbers

Access to the AI tools required for our production process will be provided or arranged by the company.

One reasonable revision is normally included. Additional revisions caused by changed instructions may be compensated separately. Corrections required because the original instructions were not followed are not considered additional paid revisions.

We will provide training on:

* Prompt structures
* Character and scene creation
* Voice-generation settings
* Video-generation settings
* File organization
* Quality-control standards
* Editing templates
* Examples of successful videos
* Common AI-generation mistakes to avoid

You should be comfortable learning new software because the AI content-creation industry changes quickly and we may introduce additional tools over time.

## Paid Test Assignment

Shortlisted applicants will receive a small paid test assignment.

We may provide:

* A script
* A reference video
* Character images
* Product information
* Prompt examples
* A production brief
* Access to the required tools

The test will evaluate:

* Ability to follow instructions
* AI-generation quality
* Prompt-writing ability
* Character and visual consistency
* Video pacing and editing
* Attention to detail
* Communication
* File organization
* Turnaround time
* Ability to apply feedback

The paid test does not guarantee a permanent position.
