JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for an AI Video Editor who can produce short-form ads that actually convert on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and beyond.

This is not a classic editing role. We're looking for someone who edits and generates: the assets in our ads are created with AI tools, not filmed.

What you'll do
Generate new visuals and video with AI when we don't have the footage: product scenes, lifestyle shots, b-roll, transitions, VFX.
Create and animate AI avatars / AI UGC creators for hooks, testimonials and voiceover-driven ads.
Deliver weekly batches and turn around quick iterations based on feedback and performance data.

Tools you must already master (non-negotiable)
Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance, GPT Image, Higgsfield, AI avatar creation.
A solid editing suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut Pro

If you don't already master these tools on a daily basis, please don't apply — we don't have time to train.

What we provide
Reference ads, examples, and simple briefs (ratios, hooks, CTAs).
Fast feedback so you can move quickly.

What we're looking for
Real experience editing paid social ads, not just organic content.
You understand what makes a video ad hook, hold, and convert.
You keep up with new AI models as they drop — this space moves weekly.
Reliable, fast turnaround, strong communication, fluent English.
