WE’RE HIRING: AI CREATIVE EDITOR

Luma is looking for an experienced AI Creative Producer who can take an idea from concept to finished, performance-ready ad.

This is not a “prompt engineer” role.

We’re looking for someone who understands storytelling, advertising, editing, and AI production — and knows how to turn all four into creative that gets attention and drives results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategists, editors, designers, and marketers to develop and produce high-performing creative for paid advertising.

You should be confident with:

• Writing and scripting
• Hooks and attention-grabbing concepts
• Direct-response advertising
• Visual storytelling
• Pacing, structure, and retention
• Character and product consistency
• AI video and image generation
• Editing and post-production
• Creating both realistic and stylized AI content
• Taking a concept from rough idea to polished final asset

You may use tools such as Veo, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Seedance, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or whatever workflow gets the best result.

We care about the output, not the tool stack.

THE STANDARD

We expect you to be able to create realistic AI content that can pass as real footage — including believable humans, products, environments, and movement.

That means:

• Consistent faces and characters
• Natural-looking hands and movement
• Consistent products across shots
• Realistic environments and lighting
• Strong editing and pacing
• No obvious AI artifacts

You should also be comfortable creating stylized AI work — 3D, animation, surreal concepts, cinematic sequences, transformations, and other AI-first visuals where the visual itself becomes the hook.

Most importantly, you need to understand that good creative is more than good-looking footage.

You need to understand why an ad works.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re a strong fit if you:

• Have experience creating ads or performance-focused content
• Can develop concepts, not just execute prompts
• Can write scripts and build strong hooks
• Know how to edit without needing step-by-step instructions
• Understand pacing, retention, and direct response
• Can troubleshoot AI generations and find solutions independently
• Have strong creative judgment
• Move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Take ownership of your work
• Are constantly looking for ways to improve the creative

DO NOT APPLY IF

• Your portfolio is mostly raw AI generations
• You only know how to prompt
• You need detailed instructions for every edit
• You don't understand advertising or direct response
• You're looking for a low-pressure role where you can coast

This is not a beginner AI role.
