JOB OVERVIEW

AI Video Ads Creator (AI Ads / UGC-Style Ads) — Long-Term Role

We are a growing e-commerce brand (French-designed products, sold internationally). We run paid ads at scale on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, and we are looking for a talented AI video ads creator to join us long-term.
What You'll Do

Create high-performing AI-generated video ads and UGC-style video ads for our products:

-Produce multiple ad variations quickly for testing (hooks, angles, formats)
- Use AI tools (AI avatars, AI voice, image/video generation, editing) to make scroll-stopping content
- Adapt winning creatives into new versions and iterate based on performance data
- Stay up to date with the latest AI video tools and ad trends

What We're Looking For

-Strong, hands-on experience with AI video creation (this is the most important requirement)
- A real portfolio — you MUST send us examples of AI ads / UGC ads you have made
- Solid understanding of what makes a direct-response ad convert (hook, pacing, CTA)
- Fast, reliable, and able to communicate clearly in English
- Someone who takes ownership and cares about results, not just delivering files

Compensation

Base salary: $1,000 USD / month, paid twice a month (every 15 days)
Performance bonus: an additional percentage based on the results your ads generate — the better your ads perform, the more you earn
