JOB OVERVIEW

Long-Term Opportunity • Potential for More Hours & Increased Pay
We’re looking for a reliable, creative AI Video Creator VA to join our team and help us scale production.
Your main responsibility will be creating high-quality AI videos using Google Veo 3 and ElevenLabs based on reference videos, scripts, and creative instructions.

What You’ll Do:
Recreate 3+ AI videos per day based on reference videos
Eventually produce 4–6+ AI videos per day as you become comfortable with the workflow
Create AI videos from scripts and simple creative directions
Generate characters, environments, scenes, voices, and visuals
Recreate videos as accurately as possible while maintaining quality
Create unique variations and split tests of concepts
Make revisions (if needed)
Work closely with the creator every day
Follow detailed instructions and continuously improve your workflow

Pay rate:
-$2 for short vids (usually 40 secs-1 min)
-$3 for longer vids (usually 1-2 mins)
-Performance Bonuses: High-performing videos will be eligible for extra bonuses. The better the content performs, the more opportunities there will be to earn on top of the regular $2–$3 per-video rate.

Tools-
You’ll be provided access to these tools needed for the role, including:
Google Ultra Veo 3 ($219)
Eleven labs ($11 desktop version)

Software needed for position:
Capcut for editing ($19.99)

Training (if needed)
You’ll receive structured training during your first week.
You’ll start by:
Watching our tutorials and learning the workflow
Recreating reference videos
Learning how we create images, AI video, voices, and scenes
Progressing from reference recreations to creating videos from scripts
Learning different AI video styles and formats
Receiving daily feedback and improving your workflow
The goal is for you to become fast and independent enough to handle high-volume AI video production.

Requirements:
Strong/fluent English
Very strong understanding of Google Veo 3
Experience with AI video generation
Able to accurately follow references and instructions
Able to handle revisions and constructive feedback
Reliable and responsive during CT hours Houston,Tx
Able to communicate with the creator daily
Available 6-7+ hours per day, 6 days per week (if needed)
Able to receive payments through Wise
