JOB OVERVIEW

Important: This role is strictly for candidates with proven video editing skills for Lead Generation ads / UGC style content experience. If you do not have hands-on experience with AI for avatar generation and video editing, please do not apply.

• Proficiency in CapCut (+2 years experience)
• Strong experience editing short-form UGC videos (TikTok / Reels / Ads)
• Familiarity with HeyGen or AI that generates avatars
• Understanding of direct response marketing and sales funnels

About Click Crew Media:

Click Crew Media is a performance-driven advertising agency based in Amsterdam. We focus on scaling profitable campaigns through a combination of in-house technology, data-driven decision-making, and creative execution.
You will be part of building a scalable UGC video system from the ground up, with direct impact on what works and what scales.

About the Role:

This is not just video editing. We create performance-driven creatives. Your goal is to produce videos that capture attention, increase CTR, and drive conversions.

As a UGC Video Editor, you will receive tasks with clear briefs for the short-form videos requested for the week. Turnaround time is critical. You should be comfortable with:
• Same-day revisions when needed
• Fast iteration cycles based on feedback

You will:

• Use AI tools for avatar creation and voiceovers
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut, including captions, sound design, B-roll, and visual effects
• Work with Asana and Slack to be in communication with the team and task-tracking
• Test creatives, funnels, angles, and structures continuously
• Open to learning and experimenting with new tools and AI software
• Create attention-grabbing hooks
• Create 10 videos per week (minimum)

About You:
• Strong proficiency in CapCut or similar tools
• Familiarity with HeyGen or AI avatar generation
• Can work independently in a remote setup
• Always willing to improve and evolve as the processes change
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where speed and iteration matter more than perfection
