JOB OVERVIEW

We run Facebook ads for health supplements to a 45-70+ audience in the US. We're building an AI video pipeline and need someone whose whole job is producing believable UGC-style video ads without filming anyone.

Your job is not to make videos look pretty. It is to make a 60-year-old stop scrolling, believe the person on screen, and click.

THE METHOD (this is the core of the job)
We send you a winning ad (ours or a competitor's) plus a script. You rebuild it:
- Same structure, pacing and energy as the reference
- A realistic AI-generated person replaces the original (natural skin, believable movement, consistent across a series)
- Our product replaces theirs, label readable and correct
- Voice (ElevenLabs or similar), lip-sync, captions, cuts in CapCut or equivalent
- 3 hook variations of every video for testing
- Fix the tells: hands, teeth, on-screen text, frozen first frames
Target: 5-10 finished 15-45 second vertical videos per day.

MUST HAVE
- Real hands-on experience generating AI video (Kling, Veo / Google Flow, Higgsfield, Seedance, Runway, Sora, HeyGen or similar) - not just editing AI footage someone else made
- Can generate REALISTIC AI people, not plastic-looking avatars
- Strong short-form editing: captions, timing, sound
- Reliable computer and internet
- Responsive daily during Philippine business hours

NOT A FIT IF
- Your portfolio is mainly cinematic, music-video, gaming or entertainment edits
- You need shot-by-shot instructions for every scene
- You can't tell when an AI clip looks fake
- You're looking for a casual side project

HOW TO APPLY
