JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly skilled Virtual Assistant / AI Developer to build a realistic AI Twin of a business owner in the credit repair and funding space.

This AI Twin must:

Speak, think, and respond like the founder
Handle leads, qualify prospects, and guide them to booked calls
Be integrated into CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
Be trained using real conversations, tone, and business frameworks

This is NOT a basic chatbot role.
We are building a revenue-generating AI system

MUST-HAVE SKILLS (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THESE)
Experience with AI tools like:
ChatGPT / OpenAI API
Claude / Gemini (optional but strong plus)
Prompt engineering (advanced level)
Experience building chatbots or AI assistants
Understanding of CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
Ability to train AI using:
Voice notes
Transcripts
Message history
Strong English communication (must sound natural, not robotic)

1. Build AI Twin (Main Task)
Analyze founder’s communication style
Replicate tone (confident, direct, conversational)
Train AI on:
Sales conversations
FAQs
Objection handling
Create a system where AI responses feel 100% human
2. CRM + Automation Integration
Connect AI to GoHighLevel (or similar CRM)
Build workflows:
Lead capture ? AI response ? booking
Set up automated follow-ups
