JOB OVERVIEW

Salary: P25,000 to P30,000 for the duration (20 hours a week x 3 weeks)
Hiring: AI Trainer / AI Implementation Specialist (3-Week Contract – Remote)
We are looking for an AI-certified professional or AI implementation specialist to train our internal teams on how to effectively use AI tools and automation in their daily work.
This role will involve delivering a structured 3-week training program where different departments will be trained one by one. The goal is to help our teams integrate AI into their workflows to improve productivity, efficiency, marketing output, customer support, and data management.
The trainer will work with the following departments:
Sales
Account Management
Tech Support
Marketing
Data Migration / Data Operations
You will introduce practical AI tools, workflows, and real-life use cases that our teams can immediately apply in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver a 3-week AI training program tailored to different departments.
Train teams on how to use AI tools effectively for daily business tasks.
Conduct department-focused workshops demonstrating real AI workflows.
Introduce AI-powered automation, productivity tools, and AI-assisted decision making.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and exercises using real work scenarios.
Recommend AI tools that can improve efficiency across teams.
Create simple documentation, SOPs, and guides so teams can continue using AI after the training.
Assist the team in implementing AI into existing workflows and systems.

Candidates should have experience working with or training teams on tools such as:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
