JOB OVERVIEW

Website & Design

Use AI tools to design and build our company website and client websites
Build and update landing pages, sales pages, and opt-in pages
Ensure all pages are functional, branded, and conversion-ready
Build out client websites and digital storefronts as needed

GoHighLevel

Build and manage pipelines, automations, and CRM workflows
Set up email and SMS sequences
Create and maintain funnels and forms
Build out client accounts and backends inside GHL

AI & Automation

Build and manage AI agent workflows
Integrate platforms using Zapier, Make, or similar tools
Identify and implement automations that save time across the business
Stay current with emerging AI tools and recommend upgrades

Client Backend Support

Set up course and membership platforms for clients
Build client funnels, automations, and delivery systems
Ensure client backends are clean, functional, and ready to launch
Coordinate with our team on client tech deliverables and timelines

General Tech

Troubleshoot tech issues across all platforms
Maintain integrations and ensure tools are communicating properly
Document systems and processes for team reference

What We're Looking For

Hands-on GoHighLevel experience — this is non-negotiable
Proven ability to build AI agent workflows and automations
Ability to use AI tools to design and build functional, branded websites
Experience with Zapier or Make for platform integrations
Ability to build and manage client backends independently
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts
Self-directed — you do not need to be walked through every step
Reliable internet connection with a backup option
